The southern Harbor extends along the central portion of the southern shoreline, bordered by Chemical Engineering to the north and Factory to the south.

 

A concrete walkway provides a speedy route through the area, with several smaller buildings offering opportunities for concealment and vantage points overlooking the surroundings.

 

The lower tram platform, located between Harbor and Factory, provides a direct ride up to the Prison rooftop.
